I became a physician and neurosurgeon, with high standards for care of my own patients, including surgery. My own record
was excellent. When I pointed out poor care in hospitals, they retaliated against me, and made accusations regarding my own
patient care. Their allegations were all testified against as being false by neurosurgeons, and I was cleared by the hospitals'
own committee. Despite being cleared by the hospitals, the Colorado Board of Medical Examiners, ignoring facts and favorable
testimony, revoked my medical license. This site is used as an expose of the hospitals with their bad faith "peer review,"
and the Kafkaesque proceedings through the Colorado judicial system, with falsified and altered medical records, fraudulent
testimony by the Boards ONLY neurosurgical witness, the failure of the Board to notify me of the charges, and their hiding
of information, especially the fact that my postoperative patient was killed by the ICU nurse at The Medical Center of Aurora,
that the records were altered by the nurse, and that the Attorney General and Colorado Board hid this from me during my "trial." It
will also be used to recount examples of poor and dangerous nursing care, and will indict the Centura hospital system, where,
for example, the Littleton Hospital floor nurse gave my postoperative back surgery patient 100 milligrams of Demerol IV, producing
a seizure and memory loss.
